We offer free shipping across New Zealand. Shipping cost to Australia are based on the weight and dimensions of your order and will be displayed at checkout.

Yes, every order is confirmed via email, and a purchase summary will be sent to you.

Yes, we ship all orders with NZ Post, ensuring each package is fully tracked. Once your order is packed and dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number.

Two settings stop charging more than anything else:

  1. In‑car scheduling: Many vehicles have their own charging timers. If a timer is active, the charger will wait for the car’s schedule—even if everything on the charger looks ready. Disable any in‑car charging schedule and try again.

  2. Charger mode & unlock: Open the charger’s app, set the charging mode to “RealTime charging” (not “Fixed time charges” or “Delayed charging”). Then go back to "Home", and swipe right to unlock charging. If the charger is locked or on a different mode, power will not flow.

For step‑by‑step instructions, see the “App Instructions” section of the product manual. Please contact us if none of the above steps resolve the issue.

If you see an "Urgent" error on the charger screen, it's caused by the emergency stop button being engaged. This is a red button located on the right side of the charger. To reset it, simply twist the button clockwise until it pops back out. The error message will disappear, and your charger will return to normal operation.
